::.WOER STRUCTURE::.
:..The Structure of Wolves of Eternal Respect Den is similar to that of other Dens. It is comprised of various members of Council who work together to help the Pack grow and strive to reach its potential.
Alphas::. are the leaders of this and other Packs. They are decision makers and possess a responsiblity for everyone in the pack. They make objective decisions, based on the interest of the Den as a whole. There are two types of Alphas:..
The PACK ALPHAS::. Which are the official leaders of the Pack and Den Alphas who help the Pack Alphas and lead the Pack when the need arises.
Den Alpha:. The Den Alpha's work together within the den keeping the peace and working along side the Pack Alpha. They would be under the Pack Alpha and would oversee the den. Den Alphas are second in charge when the Pack Alphas are not present
Betas:. Are third in charge if the Alphas are not present. They have the right to make decisions on the Packs behalf, but must report to the Alphas as soon as possible.
The Betas also keep order in the meetings.
Gammas:. Have a variety of responsibilities such as informing Den pack members of the consequences for breaking pack rules. Gammas also train new or potential Council Members for their jobs. They talk with new wolves on the possibility of being on Council and the roles and responsiblities of the various positions.
Deltas:. Responsibilities are geared towards teaching and assisting pups in the ways of the WOER. Tis the responsiblities of the Deltas to ensure the true learning of the pups so they can become active members of the pack. Deltas help
the Pup Masters achieve their goals.
Pup Masters are responsible for keeping in touch with all pups and ensuring that the pups are not only voted on in a timely manner (2 meetings) but also that they have learned all aspects of what it means to be a wolf.
Pup Masters:. Work very closely with Deltas to ensure the pups are happy in their homes
and are growing as Den members.
Hunters:. Are responsible for recruiting new members for the Den.
Epsilons:. Are the protectors of the pack. They ensure all members of the Den are safe and that all trouble
is removed from the Den pages.
Advisors:. Offer advice to the Alphas when needed, or anytime that advice may be helpful to the Den. However their advice is not limited to Alphas, any member of Council or the Pack may seek their advice on pack issues if they so wish.
Elders:. Are old, respected members who have served on council in the past. They help with problems or concerns of Pack members should no other Council be available to do so.
